SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders on all business days. Orders (excluding those containing custom items or preorder items) are shipped out either the same business day they are placed, or the following business day. The cutoff for same day shipping is 3PM EST.

SHIPPING RATES/FEES

To quickly and easily calculate the shipping rate for any destination, just add the desired item(s) to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and fill in your shipping address. All the rates that are available to you, as well as their prices and delivery estimates will be displayed.

 
Please note we have negotiated very aggressive shipping rates with each carrier that we work with (EUROPE DDP,YANWEN, and other Carriers). These savings are passed directly on to you - we NEVER charge more for shipping than what is quoted by the carrier(that is if there is ever a charge since 99% of items have no shipping cost). 

IMPORT TAX AND CUSTOMS

Europe:

Our items are import tax free as they are shipped from the carrier through their European Warehouses and their cooperation with the respective governments. 

All European packages arrive customs tax free. No minimum amount.

UK:

All items are customs/import tax free.
